Indonesian citizen. Born in Surabaya on 13 December 1969. Appointed as the Company Director for the period of 2014-2019 pursuant to Notarial Deed of Dian Silviyana Khusnarini, SH. No. 52 dated 26 June 2014. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT Betonjaya Manunggal, Tbk. (since 2001), Director of International Trade of PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel, Tbk. (since 1992) and President Director of PT Jaya Pari Steel, Tbk. (since 2016). Previously acted as the Director of PT Betonjaya Manunggal, Tbk. (1998-2001) and Director of Production and International Trade of PT Jaya Pari Steel, Tbk. (1992-June 2016). He graduated from Stamford Colleges, Singapore in 1990. Gwie Gunato Gunawan is the sibling of Gwie Gunadi Gunawan (the Company Director), and the son of Gwie Gunawan, the Major Shareholder/Company Controller. He does not affiliate to the member of Board of Commissioners. In 2016, he participated in direction and coordination meeting held by IISIA and Department of Trade and Industry to review the USA plan for Dumping revocation.

Born in Surabaya, June 4, 1964. Appointed 1st period Independent Director based on the Notarial Deed of Dian Silviyana Khusnarini, S.H. No. 54 dated June 26, 2014 for a period of 5 years since June 26, 2014. He previously served as General Manager of PT Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk (1997-2001), Trade Division Manager NV. Djawa Indah (1990-1997), Finance Manager of PT Jaya Pari Steel, Tbk. (1990), Head of Finance East Indonesia of PT Panggung Elektronik (1987-1990) and staff of PT Bahtraco (1984-1986). Earned Bachelor degree in Economics, majoring in Management, University of Surabaya (1987), Master of Business Administration from American Institute of Management Studies, Hawaii (2001) and Master of Management from STIE ABI, Surabaya (2003). The Director of Operation and Independent Director of the Company does not affiliate with the other member of Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and main/controlling Shareholders. In 2016 has participated FSA and Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) regulation dissemination, also the dissemination of the application and implementation related to SNI regulation held by Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

Indonesian citizen. Born in Pati on 27 December 1957. Appointed as Director for the period of 2014-2019 pursuant to Notarial Deed of Dian Silviyana Khusnarini, SH. No. 52 dated 26 June 2014. He also serves as Director and Corporate Secretary II PT Jaya Pari Steel Tbk (since 2000). He served as the Commissioner of PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel, Tbk. (2006 - June 2009), Branch Manager of PT Bank PDFCI, Tbk. in Surabaya (1995-2000). He held various positions at PT Bank Niaga Tbk with final position as Branch Banking Head Area II (1983-1995). Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, majoring in Business Economics, University of Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta (1981). Hadi Sutjipto does not affiliate to the other member of Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and major stakeholders. In 2015, he participated in the socialization of Bank of Indonesia regulation, FSA and Indonesia Stock Exchange. He also participated in direction and coordination meeting held by IISIA and Department of Trade and Industry to review the USA plan for Dumping revocation.
Samuel Hadiwidjaja

His professional career began in 1994 within the Company as a Business System and Internal Control (BSIC) staff , a position he held until 2011, was then appointed manager of BSIC. With his experience and expertise in management information systems and internal control, he was then entrusted to lead the internal audit function and the company’s overall control system. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from STIE Malangkucecwara, Malang, in 1993.

Director of Production
An Indian citizen, born on March 11, 1967. He joined PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk in 1998 and has served as Deputy Production Director since 2009, with responsibility for the projects and operations of Plate Mill No. 1 and Plate Mill No. 2 of PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk.
Previously, he served as Director of Operations at PT Antam Jindal Stainless Indonesia (2008–2009). From 1998 to 2008, he served as Factory General Manager of Production at PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk, having previously held the position of Production Manager and also been involved in overseeing the PT Gunawan Dian Pipe mill project.
Prior to joining PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk, he worked at Lloyd’s Steel Industries Limited, Wardha, Maharashtra, India (1992–1997), where his last position was Manager of H.S.M. He also worked as a Project Engineer at Raymond’s Ltd., Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India (1990–1992), and began his career as a Management Trainee at Eskay Plastics, Nagpur, India (1989–1990).
He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
